Talon Air is actively seeking pilots and managers at all levels of skill and time-commitment. As the Part 121 arm of the CVPA Talon provides pilots with opportunities to explore the Pacific Northwest from the flightdecks of todays most cutting-edge aircraft. Located exclusively on the FlyNet economy and VATSIM network, Talon also gives pilots a hyper-real flight environment including fuel and maintenance tracking, flight evaluation, career building, and real-world air traffic control. From regional props to heavy iron, Talon takes flying the West to the highest level of skill and enjoyment.

Remember, Talon is meant to be a catch-all airline for Pacific Northwest pilots, so we encourage pilots to fly with us as much or as little as your schedule allows. Also, many folks already fly for another airline. As long as your VA doesn't forbid flying for others, Talon is totally open to those who want to split their airtime and has no "exclusivity clause". The important thing is to continue to build relationships between the PNW pilot community, and Talon Air does just that.
